Qualifications

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to work as part of a team and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement curriculum for toddler and preschool settings.
• Develop activities promoting health, nutrition, and development.
• Provide a positive, safe, and healthy classroom environment.
• Supervise and mentor staff and students in the classroom.
• Document children's development and communicate with parents/guardians.
• Ensure compliance with licensing standards and accreditation guidelines.
• Maintain classroom inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
