KinderCare in Dallas is seeking a passionate Lead Teacher to guide and mentor early childhood staff, delivering high-quality care and education across the classroom.

You will implement KinderCare's curriculum with attention to each child's unique needs, maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning, and partnering with families to support learning, enrollment, and ongoing engagement.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Active CDA credential or state licensure pathway (NAEYC candidacy preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom.
• Implement curriculum in line with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children's education.
• Support center goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families and community partners.
