KinderCare is seeking an early childhood educator to lead and mentor teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing classroom environment. You will partner with parents to support each child’s development and contribute to center goals around enrollment and accreditation.

Ideal candidates have CDA credentials, a degree in ECE, and relevant CPR/First Aid certification. Experience with state regulatory requirements is a plus and a commitment to high-quality care is essential.

Qualifications

• Active CDA credential or pursuing NAEYC candidacy as required.
• 2–3 years of early childhood education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum, aligned with each child’s needs and safety.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support child development and family engagement.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities and partners.
