Job summary

KinderCare in Sharon, MA seeks an experienced early childhood educator to lead classrooms, mentor staff, and deliver high-quality care aligned with curriculum. You will create a nurturing environment that supports each child's development and partner with families to foster strong home-school connections.

Required qualifications include CDA or NAEYC candidacy, CPR/First Aid, and a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (preferred).

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand and speak English with children and parents.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support child development and enrollment goals.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and community partners.
