The role emphasizes curriculum implementation, positive guidance, and strong family partnerships to deliver a high-quality early learning experience.

Formación

• Must have knowledge of state licensing requirements and classroom compliance expectations.
• Pass background check and complete ongoing professional development.
• CPR/First Aid certification where required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment and ensure safety/ratio compliance.
• Lead activities to support children's learning and development.
• Provide active supervision and guide behavior with positive reinforcement.
• Support daily routines, including meals, naps, and transitions.
• Observe, document, and share student progress with families.
• Collaborate with team to deliver a consistent, high-quality classroom experience.
