Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead instructor in planning and implementing classroom activities.
• Develop weekly lesson plans aligned with age-appropriate development.
• Demonstrate age-appropriate development and behavior for children.
• Guide and evaluate classroom activities and student assistants.
• Maintain attendance, training hours, and classroom records.
• Engage with parents about child progress and classroom operations.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in trainings as requested.
