The ideal candidate has over 11 years of engineering experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a proven ability to design complex systems. Compensation ranges from $224,000 to $270,000 annually, with additional benefits including stock options and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 11 years of engineering experience.
• Proven ability to design complex systems integrating multiple hardware and software components.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software development lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product, Safety, Operations, and Legal to define integrated product features.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated features.
• Create and maintain feature roadmaps spanning multiple teams.
