Job summary

Ascyndent is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 professional to architect and implement scalable customizations and integrations within the D365 Sales module. You will extend capabilities with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, workflows, plugins, and Azure Functions.

The role requires leading development efforts, evaluating concepts, and guiding governance across distributed teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of enterprise application development with at least 7+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales module is a must).
• In-depth experience integrating D365 with external systems via APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Function Apps, etc.
• Proven experience leading development teams, solution design, and end-to-end project execution in a distributed team model.
• Experience in designing and implementing reusable frameworks and patterns across D365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable customizations and integrations for the D365 Sales module.
• Leverage Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Custom Workflows, Plugins, and Azure Functions to extend platform capabilities.
• Lead solutioning efforts, conduct proof of concepts (POCs), and establish technical governance.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and champion DevOps/ALM practices.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and offshore development teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
