Job summary

Hope Network in Michigan is seeking a Lead Direct Care Professional to provide oversight, support, and direct care to individuals across a variety of settings. You will lead on shift, model person-centered support, promote independence, and ensure the implementation of medical, clinical, therapeutic, and behavioral plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Background checks and fingerprints required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Job Details

The Lead Direct Care Professional provides oversight, support, and direct care to individuals served by Hope Network across a variety of settings. This role serves as a leader on shift, modeling person-centered support, promoting independence, and ensuring the implementation of medical, clinical, therapeutic, and behavioral support plans. The Lead Direct Care Professional also mentors, trains, and orients new staff, assists with on-call responsibilities, and provides guidance and support to team members when supervisors are unavailable or off-site.
