Job summary

Grace Community Care & Homes is seeking a Lead DSP and Day Program Supervisor in New Jersey. This part-time role focuses on person-centered services, reliable operations, and accurate documentation, with on-site or community assignments as applicable.

You will coordinate staff, coach DSPs, monitor supports and documentation, and escalate incidents and service gaps to the director, while collaborating with intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams.

Qualifications

• IDD direct-support and supervisory experience.
• Ability to coach staff and maintain person-centered services.
• Final regulatory eligibility will be verified before appointment.
