Job summary

Access Services seeks a Lead Direct Support Professional to coach a DSP team and provide direct community-based support for adults with IDD and autism. You will help implement Plans of Care and maintain high-quality, person-centered services across homes and community settings.

This role requires travel across Lehighton, Pottsville, Bartonsville, with mileage reimbursement. A valid US driver’s license and vehicle are essential, along with a high school diploma and preferred relevant education.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, special education, counseling, social work or gerontology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, training, and client coverage needs.
• Promote current trends within Human Services per Access Services philosophies.
• Ensure compliance with local, county, and state regulatory requirements.
• Coach other DSPs and support staff performance.
• Communicate effectively with Supervisor and team; maintain accurate records.
