Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare in Radford, VA is seeking a Lead Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for clients in our substance use disorder treatment programs. You will supervise daily routes, coordinate driver assignments, and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.

This full-time position requires a valid driver's license, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, and a commitment to patient safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Valid Driver's License within state of employment.
• REQUIRED: Current CPR, AED, and First Aid.
• Preferred: Experience providing healthcare transportation.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients safely to locations and on time.
• Supervise and support clients during transport.
• Maintain transportation documentation.
• Operate vehicles safely and in compliance with laws and policies.
• Coordinate daily transportation assignments, routes, and driver availability.
