Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare New River Valley Inpatient in Radford is seeking a full-time Driver to transport clients to and from designated locations, support clients during transport, and maintain all required documentation. You must have a valid driver’s license and may benefit from EMS experience.

The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth. Company-provided vehicles and gas cards, meal reimbursement per shift, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Required: Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent, Medical/EMS experience.
• Preferred: Transportation of people experience (Amazon, Uber, Lyfte, NEMT helpful).
• Basic understanding of Substance Use Disorder/Mental Health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients to and from specified locations within expected time frames.
• Supervise and support clients while transporting.
• Maintain all necessary documentation associated with services provided.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations.
• Complete required trainings per company and licensing entities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

We have been in operations since 1999 and currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues.

• Hourly Rate: $15/hour
• Schedule: Full Time
• Friday - Tuesday 11am-7pm
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 4pm-12am
