Job summary

Expedite Moving INC is seeking an experienced Driver/Foreman to lead a moving crew and operate up to 26ft box trucks. You will ensure moves are performed professionally and communicate clearly with customers.

The role requires at least 2 years of driving experience in the moving industry, a clean license, and the ability to lift heavy items with a team; you will motivate staff and handle job paperwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional driving experience with box trucks up to 26ft.
• Moving industry experience.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy furniture safely with a team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive box trucks up to 26ft to and from job sites.
• Lead and direct movers on each job.
• Protect furniture using blankets, shrink wrap, padding, straps, etc.
• Safely lift/load heavy items using proper lifting methods.
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture when needed.
• Communicate with customers and complete job paperwork.
