PALS OHIO, LLC is seeking a FULL TIME LEAD DRIVER to support non-medical transportation for individuals with disabilities. You will pick up clients from Adult Living Facilities and residential homes, then transport them safely to programming, and ensure timely return.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspection, documenting transportation, keeping vehicles clean, and performing basic maintenance. A valid Ohio driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background checks are

Qualifications

• Must successfully pass the DOT physical.
• Light travel required to local counties.
• Must have commercial vehicle driving experience.
• Must be able to provide auto insurance policy.
• Lifting up to 20 lbs. required.
• Ability to pass background check, pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Must have valid Ohio Driver’s License and less than 6 points.
• Driving history must meet insurance carrier requirements.
• Mechanical knowledge and understanding for vehicle maintenance.
• Must have flexible hours available throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Pick up clients from Adult Living Facilities, residential homes or other agreed locations and transport them safely to programming.
• Transport clients back to the agreed location on a daily basis.
• Perform transportation documentation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure scheduled maintenance on company vehicles.
• Ensure vehicle safety equipment is in good working order and adhere to safety procedures.

The driver will be responsible for picking up clients from Adult Living Facilities, residential homes or other agreed upon location and transporting them safely to Programing. Driver shall also be responsible for safe transportation back to the agreed upon location on a daily basis.
