Role Description

The Lead Driver is a full-time, on-site position based in Frederick, MD, responsible for transporting clients safely and courteously to medical appointments and healthcare facilities. On a day-to-day basis, the Lead Driver operates company vehicles, follows scheduled routes, assists clients with boarding and exiting, and ensures adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. The Lead Driver provides excellent customer service, maintains vehicle cleanliness and readiness, completes required documentation, and models professional conduct for other drivers.

• Complete additional training and certification: NEMTAC Certified Transport Specialist® (CTS) and Defensive Driving Course.
