100Hires, Inc. in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking an experienced automotive technician to tackle deep-dive diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and powertrain diagnoses.

You’ll work on transmissions, engine repairs, and complex mechanical challenges with autonomy and pride in craftsmanship. The role offers a strong pay range ($45–$55/hour), weekly pay, generous PTO and holidays, health insurance with employer contribution, and a clear growth runway toward Lead Technician, Shop Foreman, or

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional auto repair experience.
• Proven diagnostic and electrical strengths.
• A-Level/Master-level mechanical capability.
• Transmission experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Perform deep-dive diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting with accuracy.
• Address drivability puzzles and intermittent issues.
