The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with drilling equipment or oilfield tools, plus strong diagnostic skills across hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, and the ability to read complex schematics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience with drilling equipment or oilfield tools.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and/or electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repair, and rebuilds of drilling equipment.
• Serve as technical expert within the shop and support complex operations.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in all tasks.
• Provide technical guidance to lower-level technicians and identify process improvements.
