Qualifications

• Must lead and direct crew members to work efficiently and safely.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical functions and understand drilling equipment.
• Experience in oilfield operations and safety protocols is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all crew members are on site and ready at the scheduled time.
• Perform routine operating functions and troubleshoot equipment with direction.
• Operate draw works and assess downhole conditions and well pressures.
• Train and direct crew on safety and procedures on the rig floor.
• Oversee rig setup, maintenance, and transportation of rig equipment.
• Provide operating reports to Field Supervisor-Rigs or Tool pusher.
