Job summary

DrillTech, LLC is seeking a Foreman Driller/Locator with a valid CDL to lead a directional drill crew on utility construction projects in the western region. You will supervise 3–5 crew members, run the directional drill rig, and perform underground utility locates to keep projects on schedule.

You will develop work plans, coordinate with inspectors and project management, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and coach crew members while maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years foreman/supervisory experience with a directional drill crew.
• Hands-on experience operating a directional drill rig.
• Must pass a Level 4 background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be able to travel and work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a positive attitude and supervise 3–5 crew members.
• Operate the directional drill rig and perform utility locates as needed.
• Coordinate with inspectors and project management to keep on schedule.
• Maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards on site.
• Develop and communicate job plans and progress updates.
