Job summary

Corby Energy Services, Inc. is looking for directional drill members to join their team in Michigan. You will assist the foreman and team with installing and replacing underground utilities, performing a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor.

Ideal candidates have a CDL, a satisfactory driving record, and the ability to work in all weather conditions. Working overtime and weekends is expected. The role involves significant physical activity and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Chauffeur’s License (CDL preferred).
• Satisfactory driving record (MVR check will be conducted prior to hire).
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drilling pilot, reaming, and pulling products.
• Mix drilling mud as required.
• Drive vehicles to job sites.

Job Summary

We are looking for directional drill members to join our team! Working for the directional drilling department, you would be responsible for helping assist the foreman and team with installing and replacing underground utilities.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in a utility installation work environment that requires the use of basic hand tools. These tasks include but are not limited to:
• • Drill pilot, ream and pull product
  • Mix drilling mud
  • Assist locating utilities
  • Assist crew from beginning to end of a project (transport to job and to restoration)
• Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed
• Driving various vehicles to job sites

Compensation

Compensation follows the scale rate of the associated union.

Requirements

• Chauffeur’s License (CDL preferred)
• Satisfactory driving record (MVR check will be conducted prior to hire)
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
