With 5+ years in sewer and drain cleaning, replacement and sales, you will diagnose problems, perform cleaning, jetting, and camera work, and communicate clear solutions to customers while driving upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sewer and drain cleaning, replacement, and sales experience.
• Working knowledge of septic, sewer, drain systems, and underground piping.
• High integrity with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete all drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work related to in-home service calls.
• Provide camera service for mainline stoppages.
• Describe diagnosed problems to customers and provide solutions.
• Engage with customers professionally to communicate drain issues and recommended solutions to generate sales opportunities.
• Obtain agreement for services before performing work.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to customers.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and resolving concerns promptly.
• Maintain truck inventory of parts and restock to minimum levels.
• Perform basic drain cleaning with various machines.
• Remove and reset a toilet and a P-trap.
• Operate equipment safely and wear PPE.
• Communicate with customers, office staff, and co-workers.
• Provide solutions to sewer and drain problems.
• Participate in staff meetings and training.
