Job summary

Accion Labs is seeking a Technical Lead to drive architecture and delivery of cloud-native applications on the Microsoft stack, with deep hands-on C# and ASP.NET expertise. You will lead a scrum team and collaborate with product stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in software development, strong leadership, and experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices in a cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with strong Microsoft tech stack.
• Proven experience in Technical Lead role, mentoring development teams.
• Hands-on with C#, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET Web API.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, and Run Jobs.
• Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions and lead Agile/Scrum teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack.
• Proven experience in a Technical Lead / .NET Lead role, managing and mentoring development teams.
• Strong hands-on development experience with C#, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET Web API.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, specifically:
• Google Pub/Sub
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, cloud-native applications and microservices.
• Ability to work closely with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, and Cross-functional Teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong experience leading Agile/Scrum development teams and driving sprint planning, execution, and delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving, architectural, and technical decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with code reviews, best practices, performance optimization, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Preferred:

• Experience in cloud-native application architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering methodologies.
• Exposure to containerization technologies and cloud deployment strategies.
