Skills

Hands-on experience migrating enterprise applications from .NET Framework 4.x to ASP.NET

Core (.NET 8, 9, or ideally .NET 10)

Proven ability to refactor legacy code

Experience with cloud-native deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS)

Strong background in CI/CD automation (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

Deep understanding of dependency injection, middleware, and modern API design

Familiarity with secure authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT)

Track record of performance tuning and reliability engineering

• Hands-on experience migrating enterprise applications from .NET Framework 4.x to ASP.NET
• Core (.NET 8, 9, or ideally .NET 10).
• Proven ability to refactor legacy code (System.Web, WCF, Web Forms) to modern .NET 10
• patterns.
• Experience with cloud-native deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS).
• Strong background in CI/CD automation (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Deep understanding of dependency injection, middleware, and modern API design.
• Familiarity with secure authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT), secrets management, and
• compliance standards.
• Track record of performance tuning and reliability engineering in high-traffic environments.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with self-contained deployments, side-by-side runtime management, and AOT
• compilation.
• Familiarity with App Insights, distributed tracing, and advanced monitoring.
• Exposure to AI/ML integration or modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus.
