Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training assistance in support of center management and supervisory team, including oversight of operational flow.
• Greet donors, answer phones, and maintain orderly records.
• Perform duties across Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Train staff on donor center procedures through demonstration, instruction, observation and feedback.
• Respond to HB detect alarms and manage RBC spills; perform lot-number changes for soft goods; lead tube sealer maintenance.
