Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Lead Logistics Functional Manager with deep DoD logistics and transportation expertise to support the JTMS Implementation Contract and ensure seamless integration with DoD systems.

The role requires permanent assignment to the Scott AFB area to enable frequent in-person meetings, briefings, and cross-agency collaboration with Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, DLA, and USTRANSCOM.

Qualifications

• Mastery knowledge of DoD logistics concepts, deployment, distribution and supply chain operations under peacetime and wartime conditions.
• Mastery knowledge of federal and military transportation regulations (DTR, 49 CFR, MFTURP-1, customs).
• Experience with DoD transportation programs and ITV, freight movement, hazardous materials, and depot operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME to lead development, testing, fielding, and deployment of major DoD transportation systems.
• Conduct cross-agency integration for the JTMS Implementation Contract bridging DoD policies and automated information system requirements.
• Manage information management processes, assess facts, conduct risk assessments, and advise on configuration and system requirements.
