Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all state, federal, and local laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain all plumbing systems within CMS according to code requirements; collaborate with local agencies.
  • Respond to broken and clogged sewer and drain lines, inspect grease traps and pumps.
  • Respond to emergencies affecting cafeteria services, water heaters, pipes, and gas leaks; take corrective action.
  • Review blueprints, drawings and specifications for new construction or renovations to layout plumbing systems.
