Qualifications

• Applicants will be rated in accordance with the Office of Personnel Management Qualification Standard for Trades and Labor Occupations.
• Experience may be paid or unpaid, including volunteer work done through National Service programs and other organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subordinate workers and plan workload weekly or monthly.
• Assign work to individual workers and monitor progress.
• Establish deadlines, priorities and sequences per higher-level schedules and policies.
• Maintain work reports and records and set performance standards for subordinates.
• Initiate disciplinary actions as needed.
