Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in distribution, construction, maintenance, or operations.
• Two years supervisory experience in distribution activities or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree as listed; relevant licenses optional.
• Commercial Driver’s License for emergency situations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to ensure a safe work environment and distribution system.
• Promote and enforce safety programs to safeguard employees and the public.
• Supervise resources to meet budgets and corporate goals.
• Oversee construction, maintenance and operation within design standards.
• Lead training and ensure employees are knowledgeable and productive.
• Coordinate and monitor tools, vehicles, and equipment assets.
• Administer performance reviews and salary programs and related policies.
