Job summary

ZEISS Group is seeking a Distribution Center Lead to oversee end-to-end warehouse processes, including inbound, order management and outbound shipments. You will guide daily workflows, ensure KPI performance, and enforce SOPs across shifts.

Qualifications include a HS diploma, leadership and strong communication, plus experience with HighJump, SAP and WMS. The role requires up to 50 lbs lifting and 6S safety compliance.

Make a difference, come join the team!What's the role?Under general supervision, the Distribution Center Lead supports the DC Leadership by ensuring warehouse end to end process : inbound, order management and outbound shipments are prioritized, regularly communicating performance goals and standards so that team members understand expectations, communicating employee performance opportunities, deficiencies, and ideas to the manager, interacting with carriers, handling incoming freight and support order management and shipping areas .
