Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience in the design and development of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Strong ability to perform tolerance stack-up, DOE, SPC, and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of manufacturing process technology and equipment.
Partner with teams to evaluate process technologies and equipment designs.
Drive suppliers to develop reliable and high-throughput mass-production equipment.
Lead the roll-out of new processes across the display supply chain.
