Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, computer engineering or equivalent.
12+ years of software engineering with 5+ years in leadership of teams.
Experience in video management, streaming, or real-time distributed systems.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the video solutions engineering strategy. Align investments with product roadmaps.
Lead distributed engineering managers and teams globally, manage budgets and staffing.
Own delivery against scope, schedule, quality, and budget with risk management.
Improve test strategies, automation, and release readiness across teams.
Drive modernization, security, and interoperability with cloud and on-prem solutions.
Collaborate with Product Management, Support, Sales and partners to align roadmaps.
