Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time. The Lead Director, Solutions Delivery is responsible for leading the Solutions Delivery function and ensuring the successful commercialization, implementation, and execution of both standardized products and custom analytics engagements for pharmaceutical manufacturer clients. Reporting to the Executive Director, Pharma Data Strategy & Solutions Delivery, this role serves as a critical leader and key execution partner responsible for delivery excellence, client satisfaction, strategic partnerships, operational scalability, and portfolio financial performance. You will have no direct reports in this role. This individual will partner closely with Commercial, Product, Data, Strategy, Analytics, Operations, Legal, and external partner organizations to establish the governance, frameworks, and processes needed to scale solutions, drive new market opportunities, improve operational effectiveness, and support business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in consulting, healthcare or pharmaceutical services, business analytics, product commercialization, strategic partnerships, client engagement leadership, and portfolio management, with a demonstrated ability to balance client needs, operational excellence, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership & Execution Excellence
  • Lead the Solutions Delivery vertical responsible for delivering predefined analytics products and customized client engagements for pharmaceutical manufacturer customers.
  • Own end-to-end delivery governance across all active engagements, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, quality standards, and client commitments.
  • Lead contract-to-execution transitions and implementation readiness activities.
  • Align cross-functional teams around responsibilities, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Establish and maintain delivery excellence standards, consistent deployment methodologies, and repeatable execution practices that drive predictability and scalability across engagements.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for client, cross-functional, and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution through proactive risk management and stakeholder alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery effectiveness, efficiency, and client outcomes.
Commercialization, Growth & Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop scalable go-to-market frameworks, implementation playbooks, and partner enablement models.
  • Identify, evaluate, recruit, and expand strategic partnerships across pharmaceutical manufacturers, consulting firms, technology organizations and healthcare ecosystem partners.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership and growth opportunities.
  • Support long-term portfolio growth strategies and identify opportunities to expand solution adoption and market presence.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive oversight, issue resolution, and delivery of measurable business value.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure engagement outcomes align with strategic goals.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal partners to support long-term business success and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional services, products, and strategic solutions.
Operational & Portfolio Management
  • Oversee a portfolio of concurrent client engagements, ensuring appropriate prioritization, resource allocation, and performance management.
  • Manage capacity planning and resource utilization to optimize workload distribution and delivery effectiveness.
  • Design and implement scalable operational processes supporting commercialization, onboarding, governance, implementation, and ongoing client engagement.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures, standardized methodologies, engagement playbooks, templates, governance processes, and performance tracking mechanisms.
  • Establish operational metrics, success metrics, and reporting frameworks to monitor delivery health, productivity, and business outcomes.
  • Improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability through process optimization and automation opportunities.
  • Maintain executive visibility into portfolio performance, implementation progress, risks, resource utilization, and business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with established product frameworks and prevent unnecessary customization, scope expansion, and delivery risks.
Financial Management
  • Maintain accountability for portfolio financial performance, including revenue realization, profitability, operational efficiency, and margin optimization.
  • Monitor engagement financials and proactively identify opportunities for cost control and process improvement.
  • Balance commercial objectives with delivery excellence and client outcomes while driving financial discipline and scalable growth.
  • Contribute to portfolio planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
  • Evaluate portfolio performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership regarding resource investments, delivery strategies, and financial outcomes.
