CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director - Security Operations Center (SOC) to guide cybersecurity operations across threat monitoring, incident response, and resilience. You will set standards and lead a team to protect critical systems, data, and customer trust in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, extensive SOC experience, and a track record of aligning security with business priorities while driving automation and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive cybersecurity roles across medium-large environments.
• 5+ years leading SOC, incident response, cyber defense, or threat detection teams.
• 5+ years operating and optimizing enterprise security platforms (SIEM/EDR/XDR/SOAR).
• 3+ years building and maturing security operations capabilities (monitoring, threat hunting, forensics).

Responsibilities

• Lead SOC strategy, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Establish processes, metrics, and reporting to measure effectiveness.
• Drive threat detection, incident response, and threat hunting activities.
• Coordinate response across technical and business stakeholders.
• Lead security strategy, resilience, and regulatory alignment.
• Oversee security across cloud, identity, and platforms.
