Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience in sizable environments.
• 5+ years leading SOC, IR, cyber defense, or threat detection teams.
• 5+ years operating and optimizing enterprise security platforms (SIEM/EDR/XDR/SOAR).
• 3+ years building and maturing security operations capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SOC strategy, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate threat monitoring, detection, investigation, response, and threat hunting.
• Develop and enforce security operations standards, controls, and metrics.
• Oversee cloud, identity, endpoint, and network security operations.
