Responsibilities

• Serve as Principal Investigator for the McNair grant, including annual reporting, budget creation, grant writing, and grant management.
• Oversee MSP operations, mentor staff, and coordinate with TRIO partners and campus stakeholders.
• Recruit students into the program and identify faculty mentors.
• Coordinate scholars’ summer research projects and assist in graduate school applications.
• Maintain MSP policies, handbooks, and financial records.
