Qualifications

• Experience supervising Head Start/early childhood programs.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.

• Knowledge of federal/state Head Start requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all center operations including curriculum implementation and facility management.
• Supervise, evaluate, and guide center personnel and lead staff meetings.
• Monitor compliance with Head Start, DFS licensing, NAEYC, and state requirements.
• Manage budget, supplies, and equipment, including petty cash.
