Job summary

NR Consulting is seeking a Directional Driller (WEC Specialist – DD) to join our onshore Arctic operations in Alaska. You will apply advanced motor drilling technologies and push-the-bit/point-the-bit rotary steerable systems to navigate challenging wells.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of drilling experience, deep knowledge of anticollision rules, horizontal drilling, extended reach wells and geosteering, and a proven track record in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience required.
• Experience with motor drilling technologies and Push-the-Bit / Point-the-Bit rotary steerable systems.
• Knowledge of Anticollision rules, horizontal drilling, extended reach well and geosteering operations.
• Experience with reamers and Well-Commander technology is a plus.
• Onshore / Arctic environment experience preferred.
