Job summary

Dungarvin in Indiana is seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional to coordinate services for individuals served, providing direct support and guidance to help them live as independently as possible with dignity.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, documentation, and program services while maintaining a safe and respectful environment. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Need to be flexible and available to assist with shift coverage, all job duties of a group home Lead DSP

Wage: $17.50/hour

ALead Direct Support Professional is responsible for the coordination of services to the individuals served, including finance, medical, recreation, program services, family contact/involvement, education, and household management. A Lead provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.
