Mains’l Services is seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional to support a person in their home and community. You’ll enable daily living, independence, and meaningful moments through person-centered supports.

The role includes transportation assistance, skill-building, documentation, and collaboration with families. Requires 1 year DSP experience, 18+, valid US driver’s license, and DHS background check. Competitive hourly pay of $21.00.

Qualifications

• 1 Year of experience as a DSP or similar
• Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• 18 years or older
• A valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation with insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS

Responsibilities

• Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)
• Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation)
• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy
• Accurately document care and daily activities
• Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping
• Support budgeting house cash
• Coordinate medical appointments, medication ordering/pick up
• Assist with monthly paperwork
