Job summary

Merakey is hiring a Full Time Lead Direct Support Professional (LDSP) for our Stockton, CA program. You will provide direct care, support individuals with developmental disabilities, and assist with behavior plan implementation in various settings. Earn $26-$28 per hour, with a $2 increase after obtaining the RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a verifiable high school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Dual Diagnose experience preferred.
• 1 year of paid verifiable direct care experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings.
• Assist with implementation of behavior plans and training in personal care, communication, and social skills.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

DSP 1 & DSP 2 certification within 1 year

RBT certification within 60 days
