Job summary

Merakey seeks a Lead Direct Support Professional to guide individuals with disabilities in daily living, community activities, and self-care within residential or community settings.

The role requires 18+, HS diploma/GED, valid driver’s license; duties include documentation, scheduling, transport, medication support, and adherence to HIPAA and Merakey policies. Earn $28-$30 per hour, with rate increases after RBT certification.
