Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking a dining server to lead and deliver exceptional service in our community dining rooms. You will greet residents, serve meals, maintain inviting dining spaces, and support training for new associates to uphold Brightview's high standards.

You will also take the lead on special functions and private events, coordinating with teammates to ensure smooth service and a memorable experience for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• 1+ year dining server experience.
• Ability to lead and direct others.
• Organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude and energy; healthcare/hospitality background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead peers to create a vibrant dining experience for residents and guests.
