Job summary

Quail Park of Lynnwood is seeking a Lead Dining Room Server to join our Signature Dining Team. You will manage meal service, assist with seating, train staff, and help maintain dining room standards in a senior living setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in food service, 1 year in dining room leadership, strong customer service, and proficiency with Word/Excel. Benefits include health coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years food service experience, including 1 year in dining room management.
• Experience in both restaurant and senior living settings preferred.
• Fluency in English in speaking, reading and writing.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• CPR/First Aid and Food Handlers credentials maintained.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-meal meetings and serve in assigned dining area.
• Greet residents and assist with seating; ensure welcoming environment.
• Maintain records of meals served and report any missed meals.
• Enter meal counts into POS system if applicable.
• Clean and organize service areas, restock supplies.
• Train dining room staff and direct staff in supervisor's absence.
• Support dining room operations within budget and regulatory guidelines.
• Uphold strong customer service and professional appearance.
