Job summary

Quail Park Lynnwood in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Lead Dining Room Server to join our Signature Dining Team. You will lead meal service, assist in seating, greet residents, and ensure meals are presented attractively while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for new and existing residents.

The role requires 3+ years in food service, including prior dining room management, plus strong customer service, basic computer skills, and a commitment to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years food service experience, including 1 year of dining room management.
• Experience in both restaurant and senior living settings preferred.
• Must be able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, team members and vendors.
• Must have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Attends pre-meal meetings to become familiar with menu items being served.
• Is an active participant and serves a section in the Dining Room.
• Greets all residents when seated and helps integrate new residents into the dining room experience.
