Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior digital product leader to own the product vision, strategy, and a clear roadmap across platforms. You will translate customer needs into actionable requirements and mentor teammates in a hybrid environment.

You will partner with design, engineering and analytics to apply design thinking, run usability studies, and prioritize initiatives with strong stakeholder alignment, delivering high-quality outcomes while balancing speed and quality.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience in digital/technology product offerings.
• Strong understanding of software development processes with emphasis on quality and efficiency.
• Experience with data-driven products and iterative development lifecycles.
• Ability to evaluate build/buy/partner options to solve customer problems.
• Experience deriving insights from customer interviews to clarify problems statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and operational planning.
• Define product strategy, then develop a high-quality product roadmap.
• Incorporate usability studies, research and market analyses into requirements.
• Collect and analyze feedback and metrics to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Guide build-buy-partner decisions to address customer problems.
• Act as translator for customers, market, and internal stakeholders.
• Apply design thinking and UX frameworks to fit team, product, and customer needs.
• Prioritize initiatives and secure commitments from stakeholders.
• Mentor and assist in developing team members.
