Job summary

Citi seeks a Digital Software Engineering Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location. You will lead large-scale software initiatives, guide cross-functional teams, and shape the technical direction of critical Citi platforms.

In this on-site role, you will collaborate with product, TPMs and engineering managers, perform design reviews, promote best practices, and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions within the SDLC and CTO guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Six (6) years of experience in building scalable web applications and delivering large IT projects.
• Experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, UI design in HTML5/CSS3 and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a technical lead on large projects and multiple smaller efforts.
• Publish design reviews and guide best practices across NGA architectures.
• Collaborate with TPMs and engineering managers to identify risks and drive delivery.
