Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Lead, Digital Product Manager- R&D to own the EDIP and related scientific software across Materials Division R&D. You will translate the needs of scientists, engineers, digital leaders, and business stakeholders into clear product requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and coordinated delivery plans.

You will collaborate with IT, external technology partners, and R&D users to drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, computer science, information systems, product management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, scientific software delivery, or related roles.
• Experience translating business and user needs into requirements, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across IT, partners, and technical teams.
• Knowledge of R&D workflows, AI/ML-enabled applications, modeling platforms, and scientific data.

Responsibilities

• Own the EDIP and scientific software product roadmap in partnership with leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end coordination of EDIP development, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate business requirements into product capabilities, user stories, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with IT to define requirements, prioritize features, and align delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate execution across data, AI, modeling, applications, integration, UX, training, adoption, and value realization.
• Work with external partners to define, evaluate, implement, and improve platform capabilities.
• Manage testing, pilots, user acceptance testing, release readiness, and post-deployment actions.
• Develop governance and communication to support prioritization and execution.
• Track metrics on adoption, satisfaction, and value realization to drive disciplined delivery.
