Job summary

Oso Semiconductor Inc. is seeking a Principal Digital & Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to own control, interface, calibration and monitoring circuitry in our beamformer ICs.

You will develop digital logic and mixed-signal blocks that configure and monitor multi-channel RF front ends, from serial interfaces and register maps to on-chip sensors and data converters. This senior, hands-on role spans RTL and transistor‑level analog/mixed-signal design.

Qualifications

• Senior hands-on design role spanning RTL and transistor-level analog/mixed-signal design.
• Owns control, interface, calibration, monitoring circuitry for beamformer ICs.
• Collaborates with RFIC, systems, test and layout teams from architecture to silicon bring-up.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital logic and mixed-signal blocks for multi-channel RF front ends.
• Take functions from architecture through verification, tapeout, and silicon bring-up.
