Citi in Irving, Texas is seeking a CSIS Lead Investigator to coordinate and conduct high-level fraud and security investigations. You will apply expertise in interviewing, fraud detection, loss prevention, and network security to uncover schemes and provide timely intelligence to partners.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in investigations
• Experience testifying in criminal and civil court
• Knowledge of forensic and eDiscovery processes
• Professional certifications (GCFE, GCFA)
• Experience in in-house investigations team

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and investigate high level fraud matters
• Use interviewing, fraud detection and network security to identify schemes
• Conduct proactive investigations and provide timely intelligence
• Engage with management to keep updated on progress
• Recover losses via restitution or direct payment
• Mentor junior staff
• Represent Citi in court and testify
